Senior Talk with Oak Street Health

Our latest guest is Dr. Erik Wallace of Oak Street Health.  Dr. Wallace shares about his path to understanding the social determinants of health, which affect the overall health, survival and quality of life of our population.

Dr. Wallace relocated to Colorado Springs where he served as Associate Dean at the University of Colorado School of Medicine’s Regional Medical Campus.  During his time at the Colorado Springs Campus, his ultimate goal was to teach students how to understand the community they serve.  After 8 years with the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Dr. Wallace joined Oak Street Health as their Senior Medical Director.  Oak Street Health strives to provide healthcare the way it should be done.
