The Jumpstart the Aging Workforce Solutions (JAWS) is a strategic program to build the longterm care workforce. Colorado ranks in the top three of fastest aging population in our country. Following the staffing shortages experienced during and following COVID and rapid increase of aging populations, JAWS brings a focus to the growing need for caregivers.

JAWS is a four-step strategy that includes educating and recruiting the future workforce as well as supporting the caregivers and staff currently in longterm care positions.
