What’s required to qualify?
Be a Home Care Pulse – Trusted Provider™ for a minimum of 6 consecutive months. Must have 10% of current caregivers surveyed by Home Care Pulse each month or qualifying package Must qualify above the 50th percentile within their geographic region in at least 2 caregiver satisfaction categories.We hire the highest quality caregivers to care for your loved ones. They are compassionate, well trained, trustworthy and have a proven track record of success working with the elderly or chronically ill. In order to become a professional in home senior caregiver for Gentle Shepherd Home Care, our caregivers must pass rigorous skills testing, qualifications, and screenings. Screenings include an extensive national criminal background check, drug screening (pre-employment and random) and their driving record verified/reviewed through the Department of Motor Vehicles.
